Purchase & Redemption
Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed on our platform. Upon purchase, you or your recipient will receive a unique code that can be applied to an account balance. Gift card balances are stored as credits and can be used toward any purchase on the platform.
Expiration
Gift cards do not expire. Once redeemed, the credit balance remains on your account until used.
Refunds
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. If you experience issues with a gift card, please contact our support team for assistance.
Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other gift cards. They are valid only on our platform and cannot be transferred to another platform or service.
